How a Stamped Part Is Made Here

  • Die design & build — Tooling designed, cut, hardened and maintained in-house
  • First article — First-off inspected on the CMM before the batch runs
  • Progressive run — Pierce, form and cut in one stroke for high volume
  • In-process SPC — Control charts on critical dimensions during the run
  • Deburr & finish — Edge break, tumble, then plate or powder coat
  • Final inspection — AQL sampling plus 100% measurement on critical features
