The fastest route for drawings and specifications. Attach a STEP or DWG and we will quote from the actual geometry.
Tell Us About Your Part
Send a drawing, a sketch or a paragraph describing what you need. An engineer — not a sales script — reviews it and returns a firm price within two working hours.
Phone
For urgent enquiries, tooling questions or a part that needs discussing rather than emailing. English and Mandarin, weekdays.
Quick questions, sample requests and photo-based enquiries. The fastest way to reach us when you are on the shop floor.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 GMT+8. Enquiries submitted outside these hours are answered on the next working day.
Get a Firm Price in Two Hours
The more you send, the more precise the quote. A real drawing gets you a real price; a paragraph gets you an estimate and a follow-up question.
- Free DFM feedback with every quotation
- NDA signed before we review your design
- Samples shipped anywhere in the world
- Tooling quoted up front — no surprises later
- Prototype through volume on the same tooling
Send drawings directly to pengfeng@pf898.com — it reaches the same engineering team, and attachments over 20MB are best sent by WeChat or FTP link.
Questions We Get Before Every Order
What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece. For prototypes we machine or laser-cut from stock and there is no minimum. Tooling costs apply — once a die is built, repeat orders in that part are effectively unlimited at the quoted unit price.
How fast is the quotation?
Within two working hours for standard parts. If a design needs a real engineering study to price properly, we tell you it will take until the next day rather than send a number we are not sure about.
What is your typical lead time?
Prototypes take 3–5 days. Standard production is 7–15 days depending on volume and finishing. Anodizing and powder coating add 2–4 days because they are batch processes — we would rather quote that honestly than promise everything in seven.
Can I get a prototype and production from the same tooling?
Yes, and we recommend it. Prototype parts run on the production tooling or on a bridge tool, then transfer to the production die. That means the part you approve is dimensionally the part you receive in volume.
How do you handle IP and confidentiality?
We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing your files, and your name is stamped on tooling we build for you. We do not sell your design, use your part in marketing, or quote it to a competitor — and we have been in business long enough that this is not a new promise we would have to learn.
What tolerance levels can you hold?
Standard stamping holds ±0.05mm. Deep drawing is ±0.10mm on diameter. CNC machining reaches ±0.02mm where geometry allows. If your drawing asks for tighter, tell us — we will say whether the process can realistically hold it at your volume.
Do you supply material certificates?
Yes — EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates for every batch, heat-number stamped on the carton so any part traces back to its coil. RoHS and REACH declarations come with the shipment as standard.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T is standard: a deposit to open production, with the balance settled against the bill of lading. The deposit depends on the tooling involved and is stated on each quotation. For repeat orders we accept L/C at sight. We can work on other terms for established customers after a first transaction.
What are your shipping terms?
FOB Shenzhen or Yantian as standard; EXW, CIF and DDP on request. Air freight for samples and urgent orders, sea freight for volume. We handle export documentation and can ship to your nominated forwarder or ours.
Do you sign NDAs, and can you visit the factory?
Yes to both. We welcome supplier qualification audits and factory visits from serious buyers — walk the floor, talk to the engineers, inspect the equipment that will make your part.
Still Not Sure?
Send us the drawing and the quantity. Even if you are still comparing four suppliers, we will give you an honest answer about whether we fit.
