Process

How a Sheet Metal Part Is Made Here

  • Nesting & cut — laser or plasma, flat pattern nested to minimise material cost
  • Deburr & graining — edge breaking on every cut edge so parts are safe to handle
  • Bending — CNC press brake with air bending and hemming for consistent radii
  • Joining — TIG, MIG, laser or spot welding, with leak testing on sealed assemblies
  • Hardware — PEM studs, rivnuts and heat-set inserts pressed in-house
  • Finish & assemble — powder coat, anodize or plating, then kitting to your BOM
