Eight Sectors. One Set of Metal Skills.

A laptop shell and an EV battery tray look nothing alike, but the problems behind them are the same: material choice, tolerance, finish consistency and a delivery date someone will hold us to.

Laptop and tablet enclosures in anodized aluminium

Consumer Electronics

Laptop and tablet shells, power bank bodies, speaker grilles, wearable housings, router enclosures, drone frames. Mostly 6061/6063 aluminium, anodized with a tight cosmetic standard and full colour matching.

Robot end-effectors and sensor housings

Industrial Automation

Robot end-effectors, gripper fingers, sensor bodies, gearbox mounts, pneumatic manifolds, linear rail blocks. Tolerance-critical and often machined from the same drawing as the sheet metal bracket.

EV battery tray and motor end shield parts

Automotive & EV

Battery trays and cooling plates, motor end shields, sensor housings, mounting brackets, busbar shields. Automotive-grade steel and aluminium with PPAP documentation available.

Deep drawn stainless cookware and water tanks

Appliance & Kitchenware

Cookware, water tanks, control panel frames, door hinges, drip pans, ice trays. Deep drawing and multi-step forming in 430 and 304 stainless, or aluminium for lightweight designs.

316L stainless instrument trays and device housings

Medical Devices

Instrument trays, cart and trolley bodies, sterilisation housings, bed rail components, diagnostic device shells. 316L stainless and ISO 13485 documentation available.

Galvanised steel door and curtain wall hardware

Construction Hardware

Door hardware, curtain wall brackets, structural channels, cable trays, access panels. Hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated steel for outdoor service life.

Solar inverter housings and mounting rails

Energy & Solar

Inverter housings, mounting rails and clamps, cable management channels, heat sink bases. Powder-coated aluminium for outdoor thermal cycling and UV exposure.

Stamped lamp shades and furniture supports

Furniture & Lighting

Lamp shade housings, structural stamped supports, mounting plates, decorative trim. High-volume low-cost parts where the die does the work and finish carries the visual load.

Weather sealed base station and antenna enclosures

Telecommunications

Base station enclosures, antenna mounts, waveguide brackets, RFI shielding cans. Weather-sealed aluminium housings with salt-spray validated finishes.

Deep Dive

What Changes Between Sectors?

The process is similar everywhere. What differs is which constraint dominates the design — and that changes what we optimise for.

01

Consumer electronics: cosmetic consistency

The tolerance that matters is not the hole position — it is whether two housings from different lots look identical side by side. We control anodize dye bath chemistry, seal time and grain direction so batches match. Most buyers here ask about cosmetics, not function.

02

Automotive & EV: fatigue and traceability

A battery tray sees vibration, thermal cycling and load for ten years. Here we focus on grain direction in aluminium, weld quality in steel, and heat-number traceability on every carton. PPAP documentation is available when your customer requires it.

03

Medical: cleanability and compliance

Surfaces must not trap contamination, and the documentation must survive an audit. That means 316L or a specified polymer, passivation where stainless is used, and a documentation pack that answers questions before they are asked.

04

Construction & energy: outdoor service life

Salt spray, UV and thermal cycling decide whether your product still looks right in year five. We specify fluorocarbon or heavy-duty powder coating, validate against ASTM B117, and tell you honestly when a cheaper finish will not survive your environment.

05

Appliance: food contact and cost

Cookware and water-contact parts need 304/430 stainless with the right surface finish, and volumes large enough that unit cost dominates the design. We will propose a thicker gauge or a different alloy if it brings the landed price down without hurting the product.

Regulatory Fit

We Build the Documentation to Match Your Market

Regulatory requirements differ by sector and by destination country. Tell us where the product ships and we will supply the right declarations.
